Will Costello, CEO
For over 30 years, his main priority has been improving the functionality and margins in the supply chain process.
Will’s experience includes executive supply chain leadership positions for organizations such as IPC/Subway, RSI/Burger King, International Dairy Queen, Arby’s, Church’s Chicken, and Focus Brands.
He has spent the majority of his career assisting restaurant operators, suppliers, and distributors to streamline their supply chain operations, improve processes, and increase profitability.
Darryl E. Lesure, Retired Supply Chain Executive
Darryl Lesure is a former Supply Chain and Chick-fil-A, Inc. corporate leader. He served for over twenty-four years, providing leadership in Innovation, the STC Brand Restaurants, Apparel Design, and Supplier Diversity.
He also served as a corporate and community liaison for the Chick-fil-A Foundation within Atlanta and throughout the U.S.
In 1990, he received his Bachelor of Science in Hotel Restaurant and Tourism Management from Morris Brown College in Atlanta, GA. He completed his Master of Science in International Business at Central Michigan University in 2014.
Darryl began his professional career as an intern for Arby’s Inc. in 1987, serving in various roles and a full-time purchasing position until 1991. In 1992, he began working as a Supply Chain professional for Churchs’ Chicken, a division of AFC Enterprises, the former parent company of Churchs’ Chicken and Popeye’s Chicken.
Upon departure from Churchs’ Chicken he served as Purchasing Director for Quincy’s Steak House, Mick’s, and the Peasant Restaurant Company, a regional chain formerly headquartered in Atlanta, GA.
Darryl has over thirty-six years of restaurant operations and purchasing experience within the quick service and casual/fine dining arenas.
He is an adjunct professor of Hospitality Management at Morris Brown College and founder of That Part. LLC. A styling, design, and image consultancy.
